Ok, somehow I managed to avoid updating this for a fair while again, and God knows how... I haven't been busy this last week, though I was the fortnight before ^__^

It has been a fantastic few weeks, filled with more activity and expenditure than any week so far this year, all thanks to one, very special person!

Aye, that's right! My beloved made the trip over to see me! A trip I greatly respect her for (there were issues on her inbound journey that we could have done without...). In the last few weeks I have seen so much more of the UK (and Ireland) than I have in years. Together we have found ourselves lost and exhausted in Dublin, snuggling in the arches of Gloucester Cathedral, being dwarfed by the ginormity of St David's Arcade in Cardiff and mocking the Crown Jewels (and other sights) in London. It has truely been an amazing experience!

Also favoured among our activities are the fact that Megan was here for the two public holidays I enjoy: Hallowe'en and Guy Fawkes Night. Horror films, sweets and fireworks there! And all in the company of the girl I love! Just amazing!

Sadly, as with every tale like this, last Sunday we had to depart from one another's company, after a few hours sat in the airport, which in itself was pretty cool, just for being with her, but still heartwrenchingly sad. I have spent this last week trying to distract myself and devise ways of avoiding the coming plummet of mood, which leads me to my next announcement:

I am in need of funds for the upcoming winter season, for the cause of making a second trip to good old Washington, PA (NOT DC!), and so I have decided to conform to that favourite act of artists upon this site: commissioning.

Now, I can't draw, so please don't ask for that. But, in a fairly modest sense, I can write, so if you are wanting anything I can do, say: a poem for a loved one, a story containing your OC's or just something to amuse yourself or your friends, please contact me and I Will respond to talk about the specifics. I have no idea about pricings yet, so I think I will just charge (and probably reasonably, I can't see anything below 1,000 words or 24 solid hours of work costing you more than £10 (or your currencies equivalent)) after having looked at the magnitude of the request.

So, if you could keep it in mind, or maybe refer any of your friends who are looking for these services to me, that would be fantastic. It is for a good cause, and I will greatly appreciate the chance to work for others.
